This ties in with the other story on this blog about type A flu... garlic, zinc and vitamin c as well as washing the hands a lot. The hibernation diet blog article here also mentioned a good night's sleep as well as honey at bed time (and honey is in a lot of cold remedies).

It's all beginning to tie-in. I liked the being lazy is good for you on this blog, and this is in keeping with the hibernation diet and the stuff about alzheimers - just some lite walking. Forget the gym. I like this!
