Intolerance: Police and Firemen Top GAY Employers

'Strathclyde Police' and Fire Brigade have been named among the top organisations as 'GAY'-friendly employers. Banks and government departments were named the most 'GAY'-friendly employers in Britain in the survey by the rights group, 'Stonewall'. It has compiled its first annual corporate equality index, rating companies on their 'anti-discrimination policies' and the 'visibility' of senior 'GAY' staff. The Glasgow-based fire and police services were the top-rated emergency services.
'GAY' stands for 'Good As You', and is increasingly an accepted term for effeminism and 'homosexuality' as an overt male lifestyle choice.
